Saddlebred Nominating Committee Extends Deadline for Candidate Nominations for ASHBA Board of Directors

The 2024 Nominating Committee of ASHBA has extended the deadline for candidate nominations to the ASHBA Board of Directors. The final deadline is Sunday, September 15, 2024.
The nominating committee consists of Clif Paulsen, Smith Lilly, Betsy Boone, Judy Werner and Committee Chairman Joan Todd.
The purpose of the committee is to prepare recommendations for ASHBA directors to be elected to 3-year terms beginning in February, 2025.
Article III, Part B of the ASHBA bylaws govern the election procedures each year. The Nominating Committee is required to weigh and balance many factors in making its recommendations, including, but not limited to geography, experience with the breed and its governing organizations, other governance positions, committee service, and expertise required by ASHBA.
